JSC CSTS Dinamika team took part in aeromodelling festival “Russia’s Take-off!” that was held on March 26th in Zhukovsky on the territory of Gromov Flight Research Institute.
The aim of the festival is promotion and development of aeromodelling in Russia and setting a number record of aeromodels simultaneously being in the sky. Besides festival providers wanted to attract the governments attention to existing regulatory problems that put at threat the future of aeromodelling in our country.
About 700 people participated in the festival including participants, assistants and guests. Altogether 360 models were registered, 170 of which were sports and amateur models of all classes, and 190 were children launch gliders.
The total number of models simultaneously raised in the sky will be accurately counted and published, it will be examined by experts from Russian Record Book and Guinness Record book with the requests and certain expertise being accomplished.
Three people from CSTS Dinamika took part in record attempt:

TUPITSIN Mikhail, R/C motoglider Bixler v1.1 EPO, span clearance – 1400 mm.
MIKHAILOV Anatoliy, R/C aircraft Big Stik 60, span clearance – 1689 mm.
